Xue Han (Esther) is a third-year PsyD student at Roosevelt University. Esther has extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan and addressing a broad spectrum of clinical issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, identity development, and interpersonal and familial conflicts. Her clinical training background includes work in crisis intervention settings, mental health hospitals, and community centers, where she developed the ability to quickly build rapport with diverse clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Esther holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Macalester College and recently earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University. As a multicultural and multiracial woman, as well as an international student, she deeply understands the complexities of navigating conflicting cultural identities. This perspective informs her practice, which is grounded in a social justice framework that considers clients within the full context of their lived experiences.

Outside of her academic and clinical responsibilities, Esther enjoys playing tennis, dancing, swimming, and spending quality time with friends and family.
